Maalox Plus Lemon Oral Suspension combines antacid ingredients with simeticone to provide symptomatic relief from indigestion, heartburn and excess wind. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide help neutralise excess stomach acid, while simeticone helps reduce trapped gas and associated bloating or pressure. The liquid formulation has a pleasant lemon flavour.
