• Lower price found (including VAT; excluding delivery unless stated otherwise)

Our customer service team will verify that:

• The product is exactly the same (brand, size, variant, and pack size).
• The other retailer is a legitimate retailer based in the UAE.
• The product is currently in stock with that retailer.
• The lower price is publicly visible and up to date.
• Verification time: within 24 hours.

You will receive:

• A unique, single-use voucher code
• Valid only for the same product
• Voucher value will be equal to the price difference plus an additional 10% of the difference.
• Valid for 1 day from the time of issue
• Can be used for a maximum of 3 units per product

Redeeming your voucher

• Apply the voucher code at checkout.
• The final price will reflect the price guarantee.
• Complete your order as usual.
