Eligibility for Returns

Chemist Warehouse will accept product returns and provide you with an
exchange, refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product is unsafe, and

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

• Medicines (Prescribed or Over the Counter)
• Baby Formula
• Fragrances
• Cosmetics
• Vitamin Supplements
• Consumable Products (e.g. food and drinks)

1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories.
3. It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
4. You produce your original Chemist Warehouse register receipt or other adequate proof of
   purchase at the time you return the item.

 Refund Processing

• Full Refund (Original Payment Method): Processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the product.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Customer Service provides eligibility criteria.

3. If eligible, a return request is created.

4. Customer receives a return shipping label.

5. Refund is processed once the item is received.
