24h Pro Liner is extremely smooth, soft and creamy, and has a texture that allows optimal playtime and blending, before setting on the lid. It has an even finish that lasts up to 24 hours without creasing, flaking or fading. It has an excellent and even colour pay-off. 24h Pro Liner is a multi-purpose pencil. It is suitable for use on the waterlines of the upper/lower lids as a kohl/kajal, but can also be used around the edge of the eye to create a thin or broad line. The pencil is very easy to shade, define and play with. The result is an intense and long lasting finish.
