Kohl/Eye Liner is a multi-purpose pencil. It can be used on the waterline of the upper/lower lid as a kohl, around the edge of the eye as an eye liner and as an eye shadow. This fantastic eye liner creates smooth lines of highly pigmented colour. The pencil is very easy to work with and ensures a precise application.

Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Synthetic Wax, Cera Alba/Beeswax, and a blend of brown/black Iron Oxides (CI 77499, CI 77491, CI 77492). (Shade-specific pigment ratio.)
