Our Eyebrow Pencil is perfect for filling in and shaping brows. the soft pencil quickly makes brows look fuller and stays in place all day, even on oily skin. Eyebrow Pencil can be used dry for a soft and discrete eyebrow colour. For more intense eyebrow colour, wet the eyebrows with a damp cottonpad before applying the pencil.
