Epiduo is a prescription or pharmacist-only pharmaceutical topical treatment for acne, owned by Galderma. It is a highly effective, fixed-dose combination of two powerful active ingredients: Adapalene (a retinoid) and Benzoyl Peroxide.
Prescription Drug Warnings (Adapalene/Benzoyl Peroxide): For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, lips, mouth, and broken skin. May cause redness, peeling, dryness, and stinging, especially at the start of treatment. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and artificial UV light. Use sunscreen daily. May bleach hair or colored fabric. Do not use if pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
Apply a thin layer of gel to all affected areas of the face and/or trunk once a day in the evening on clean, dry skin.
