Directions

Sit still for 5 minutes before measurement. Wrap the cuff snugly around the upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow crease, ensuring the hose runs down the center of the arm. Rest the arm on a flat surface with the cuff at heart level. Press the start button to automatically inflate and measure. Wait for results on the display and synchronize with the app (Connect feature).
