What are the shipping methods for an online order?
For online orders, we offer the following options with delivery estimates calculated at checkout:
- Regular Delivery: Next Day Delivery in Dubai – Sharjah – Abu Dhabi if placed by cut-off time of 1:30 PM and 2-3 Days for Umm Al Quwain – Ras Al Khaima – Fujairah – Ajman and Al Ain

What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
For efficient and timely deliveries, if the recipient is not available at home, our delivery team will contact the customer by phone. Upon receiving explicit confirmation to leave the package at the doorstep, the delivery will be completed as instructed.
