Returns Policy 

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories.
• It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
• You produce your original Chemist Warehouse register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.
• Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Other returns

Chemist Warehouse will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

·       The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

·       Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or

·       The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

·       The product is unsafe, and

·       You can present your Chemist Warehouse register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

• Full Refund (Original Payment Method): Processed within 5-10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return 

1. Customer sends a return request via email to customer.service@chemistwarehouse.ae with the order number on the orders page
   
2. If eligible, a return request is created.
   
3. Refund is processed once the item is received.
