An antiseptic skin cleanser containing Povidone-Iodine, used for pre-operative and post-operative skin disinfection, as well as for cleansing skin infections and minor wounds. Features: Povidone-Iodine (7.5%) Active Ingredient (kills bacteria, fungi, viruses). Broad-spectrum antimicrobial action. Gentle on the skin when diluted. Used for managing acne and skin conditions.
Active Ingredient: Povidone Iodine (7.5% w/v). Other: Surfactants, Glycerin, Water, pH regulators.
Betadine is a globally trusted brand of antiseptics, long used in hospitals for infection prevention. Its products contain the active ingredient Povidone-Iodine (PVP?I) and are marketed as a gentle, no-sting first line of defense against infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and wounds.
For External Use Only. Avoid Contact With Eyes. Do Not Use If You Are Allergic To Iodine Or Povidone. Medical: Do Not Use On Large Areas Of Broken Skin, Severe Burns, Or If You Have A History Of Thyroid Disorders. May Interfere With Thyroid Function Tests. Age: Not Recommended For Use In Children Under 2 Years Of Age.
For external use only. Wet the area to be cleaned. Apply a small amount (undiluted) and rub gently until a golden lather is formed. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat 2?3 times a day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
