General Information

Optifast is a specialized brand of Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) products (shakes, bars, soups, desserts) owned by Nestlé Health Science. The program and products are nutritionally complete but very low in energy, designed for rapid weight loss and must be used under medical supervision.

Directions

Add 1 sachet (53g) to 200mL of cold water. Mix vigorously with a whisk/fork or shaker. Leave to stand for 5 minutes (preferably refrigerated). Use within 24 hours.
