Directions

Use on wet or dry feet. If feet are cracked, soak in warm water for 10-20 minutes before filing. Glide the foot file over feet and heels, moving back and forth to remove dry, rough, hard, and cracked skin. Rinse your feet then apply a moisturizer to lock in moisture. Rinse the foot file thoroughly and hang to dry.
