If you find the exact same item (e.g. same packaging, same weight/size) sold at a cheaper price from another Retailer or Registered Pharmacy with a physical/digital store in the United Arab Emirates (excluding online marketplace), we will not only match the price but also give you an immediate 10% off the difference.

The price matching policy is limited to retail quantities only, being six of each product per transaction (excluding pharmacy medicines where the quantity is capped at one).

If you would like to price match, please share the proof (photo, invoices, social media post, etc) of the current price from the retailer(s).

Our staff will validate the offer and apply the discount on eligible product before proceeding to payment.

Exclusions: Our price matching policy excludes international orders and offers that are exclusively online.

This policy cannot be applied to products at the other company if they are:

• Out of stock
• Short dated
• On clearance or discontinued
• Bundle packs
• Part of a promotional offer (e.g. buy one get one free or buy two get one free)
• Price-regulated products under the governance of the Ministry of Health and Prevention and/or any relevant UAE authorities
